Speaking French and English fluently is mandatory.Based in France.JOB SPECIFICATIONTitle: 3G/2G Optimization leaderDivision: Global Technical Service DepartmentLocation Issy les MoulineauxDuration 3 months, Dec, Jan, Feb 2010 MAINS MISSION:Support the Huawei technical tender for swap project in FrancePrepare the detail specifications for RNO processesUnderstand and adapt the customer requirement to the Huawei RNO environment EXPERIENCES & KNOWLEDGES8 years of experience in management of RNP - RNO project.Relevant experiences in:3G/2G Optimization team management and planning coordination:-Optimization teams Management including planning of subcontractor teams.-Management of all the issues related to an optimization program. 1.Maintain the customer's confidence.2.Management of technical teams and subcontractor teams.Orange RNP - -RNO programsProcesses in network administration Compétence/aptitudes :Technical competence:Nortel / NSN experience.GSM/WCDMA Radio network planning and optimization experiences Excellent GSM/WCDMA system knowledge including E2E understanding Excellent knowledge of usual performance management tools:SW Radio planning, Performance management, datamining.. Relationship competenceAutonomous, dynamic, opening mindExcellent internal and external communicationDo get back to me ASAPNote: No hotel expences and travel are paid.
